Incorrect order- UberEats does not want to refund!!!

Placed an order at Istanbul Kebab (Melrose Arch) on 10th May, the order had missing items when it was collected. I went back to the store and the manager told me there's nothing she can do. So I left the food there and left.

I contacted Uber eats and all they did was refund R65, now they refuse to pay the rest. I've been having back & forth chats with their robots and they simply refuse to process my refund!!!
