Incorrect Order

Incorrect order recieved. Firstly the driver notifies me that he has left the store and will be 10min or so. Ok even although I have been waiting 40+min for my order. Driver then delivered to another client which is 15km away from me leaving me standing outside waiting. Driver arrives 20/30min later with my order while throwing he’s litter in my garden. I take my order in frustration with the wait and as I get inside my wife cry’s out that it is the wrong order. Firstly none of my items ordered are correct. My wife is allergic to mushrooms and if she had consumed one of the items I can only begin to imagine what would have happened. I tried numerous ways to contact the driver but the app provides no way of contacting the driver directly and when contacting Uber rats I speak to a recorder computer voice. To my frustration I called the store and they were no help at all. Ubereats owes me a full refund for the order I never received as it is due to me. Order: Rocco mamas Durban north
