Incorrect order

I placed an order on the app and an incorrect order was received. The driver drove back with the order and told me to request my refund on the app because he is only paid for one ride and can not go back to the restaurant to get the correct order. I tried to call the call center and are unable to assist with Uber eats queries and I must lodge a query on the app but to date there is no response
