Incorrect Billing

Second experience whereby an order was placed on Uber Eats, full sum was then paid as requested inclusive of TIP only to be told next morning that tip didn't go through.

Then, try speaking to an agent is a nightmare as you find yourself repeating self to no avail as, the more you explain that the full amount was deducted inclusive of tip, and ask why you are sitting with an outstanding thereafter for tip??

I've now resorted to this site hoping that clarity be provided
