Inconvenience caused by uber eats

I was told on the 21st of April on a recorded call I will be given a full refund on order number ff1b3 R236.83 and order number 6b8f9 R245.83. One week later and nothing. I called in on the 29th and was told it was sent on their side and I should contact the bank. I call the bank and on the 26th of April they refunded me with R64.50 which is nowhere close to the amount I paid. I called uber eats back and was told they cannot do anything I must fill in an online application on help.Ubereats.Com which doesn't allow you to fill in your quirery but offers you options which is not applicable to your situation. Almostly ****ed of with the service and I will be taking uber eats up. I want the call recordings sent to me.
