Incomplete Order - Rude Delivery Driver

If any star at all. Firstly the app selected the driver to go to a complete incorrect address. When the driver comes to me he wants R20 fuel which i refused as it was not my fault that he went to the wrong place. Then when I opened my package there were items missing. When I called the KFC they advised I must take it up with Uber - with who. This is after all an app. The driver was rude and unfriendly. Not my fault that he went to the wrong place.
