Incomplete order delivered order #1BC61

I placed a delivery order today on the 4th Oct 2019 with kfc maponya mall via ubereats, I ordered a sweet chillie twister, classic twister and colonel burger, they have a buy one get 1 free promo for the items I ordered. R146. 70 was charged on my account, an ubereats driver only delivered 1 Colonel burger and 2 sweet chillies twister, he was called by the store while he was delivering my order and he confirmed he was given an incomplete order, said he will come back with the order within a few minutes. I immediately informed ubereats of the problem and they refunded me for the colonel burger, I made them aware the 2 classic twisters that I paid for were not delivered and requested a refund for them as well since the driver(Sifiso Moffet) did not deliver as promised instead I was told by Alice the agent that there is nothing more they can do and the case has been closed from their side. I had the same problem on the 3rd Oct 2019 when I ordered from McDonald's maponya via ubereats problem was resolved and I got my refund, but in this case my claim is being ignored. I waited for 1h30minutes for the order I was promised by the driver, had to cancel my trip, such an inconvenience.
