Incomplete order

Debonairs Tokai cape Town branch sent me an incomplete order via ubar eats. I order my pizza with drink and the drink doesn't arrive and they say they will refund me with R6. 57 but I paid R20 for this. I asked the driver to return the entire order bt he refused.
