INCOMPLETE ORDER

Ordered food from Mc Donalds in Wynberg Cape Town. The order was incomplete. Told the driver not to leave and he was very rude and took off told me to check my app and order. Contacted Ubereats via the app to inform them. Got no response and got charged on my credit card for complaint. I expect to be refunded for the food I did not get.
