INCOMPETANT, DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING *****!!!

I was double no in fact triple charged for a food delivery, whenever I tried to call and query this the phone lines where all of a sudden non-existent, my emails where not responded. close to 2months later I am told a story that is full of holes about a hold on my card for close to 2months in which world is this possible? Then after that the story changed to it wasn't charged to my account when funny enough the charge is appearing on my bank statement again in which world is that possible? At the end of the day this is my money which they took ********ly and now basically they are refusing to refund my money which they should have never taken in the first place!!!
