Inappropriate UberEats account

I don't know where to start with my complaint.

Purchased a voucher online for 1st time users,created an account and added payment method being visa card.

Tried making placing an order but got error code on checking out 'your payment method is invalid' Added another Visa card,received the same error. Added a MasterCard,same error,phoned my banks and there is no issue on their side. Bought a gift card to make up the difference with the voucher and the same error.

After numerous emails trying to solve the problem with UberEats I eventually get the final response stating that my account has been flagged as being inappropriate and has been closed..........still waiting for them to let me know how a food ordering account could be flagged as inappropriate and what happened to my voucher and gift card money loaded to my deleted account.
