Inadequate service by ubereats

Being trying to contact ubereast regarding my order that was never received due to incorrect delivery but it has been mission impossible. You get getting automated responses no email no call nothing it's like they do not care and it also shows that they rely on drivers to do whatever they want with no control over their systems. firstly the driver and the vehicle on the app did not match, secondly, I could not communicate properly with the driver as he doesn't understand or speak English properly. so here I am money lost and no way forward, yet I am a regular ubereats customer.
