Inability of uber agent to solve query at point of entry

Case no ***5,***2,***5. Ubereat is not capable of correcting my store address. The driver get lost and goes to other address.i spoke to Anam, who confirmed that address has been changed but it was not. I chat with laibza riztvi who ended the chat becaused she was unable to resolve my query. I call telephonically andni spoke to ezra who is also not capable who resolving my query. Why do we have people who cannot solve the xy of a customer or partner? I sent email no response is being received. What is going on? This is a big loss for market confifence and delivery.
