***** in ubereats

The help option In the app is of no help and there no number to phone for help i ordered twice got charged for my order but never received the food the one driver just said something about someone is trying to rob him so he can't make the delivery but still the app is saying delivery is completed how can it be completed if I never received nothing I feel ubereats robs there clients by making is so easy for there drivers to just come up with any excuse why they can't deliver the order the first time this happened to me the driver said he can't find the address that not my problem as I provided the proper information to them for delivery and It's paid so when i queried about it they just said that they looked into it and it doesn't qualify for a refund *** my hard earned money is not refundable because ubereats driver could not find my address not very professional from there site
