Impressive complaints handling

I ordered a pizza for someone for delivery and put in specific instructions on the delivery note on who to call on arrival. This did not happen and the driver cancelled the order (not sure what happened to the pizza but it certainly wasn't returned to the pizza place 😂). I raised a complaint with UberEats and maybe 2 hours later I got my refund and an apology. The outcome was what I was looking for but the speed at which this was handled was impressive. Well done a55 from Uber support.
