I'm very angry

I have the worse experience with the above company. I'm still disappointed & shocked. My money, R805.78 was deducted from my account with me ordering anything. If this is the kind of things that happen when we order online then I guess I wouldn't be using their services anymore nor would anyone from my family. I only used this service once then this is what happens, be de*****ed. On top of it I logged a complain on Twitter and Facebook and no one is giving me any kind of feedback. I have to dig to get feedback or ETA.
