I'm very angry at the level of service and I want my money back

I am very unsatisfied with the service I have an unrecognised charge on my account but when I try to query about it they say my family requested the riot unfortunately it was not so and two charges went through on my account which I never requested I want my money back because it's unfair to pay for something you didn't use and I hope they fix the problems
