I'm still hungry!!

Worst food delivery service in the country. They perpetuate a cycle where drivers can ***** your order. I ordered pizza for myself and colleagues last week Monday. The driver was lost for a good 30 minutes, when he supposedly arrived, he marked the food was delivered but I received nothing and remained hungry. When I tried to query, the contact Centre was not helpful at all and didn't even offer a refund or a voucher they told me to give the merchant a rating to improve their service. What ****ery is that?! I will ensure that all in my circle and social media platforms know of this poor service and ensure to never use the service.
