Im so disappointed in ubereats

i orderd KFC on the 28 Match 2025 via my Uber eats app but it never arrived .I ordered and sat outside my work place and no order arrived but showed delivered .I got 1 missed call which I saw in 2 Min and called the number back immediately and it just beeped and dropped and I called the drivers number on the ap also didn't go through.I raised this with ubereats support and they just told me that the driver followed the relevant steps ,called me and waited for me 8 Min but this never happened ,they even showed me a picture of where the driver delivered and it was put on a pavement ,not sure for for whom.my delivery address is a work address with a reception .if he really went why did he not leave it at a reception.even the picture of the parcel is
