Im not happy and did not get my delivery

I did not get my order, the driver by the name Jarose said he dropped it off at the gate. But the picture he sent to me was not my gate, I tried explaining to him but he insisted that he did. He promised to pay me back my money. Iv been waiting for it till date. I'm surprised how could someone leave your parcel by the gate without even communicating with you. Who even gave him my order number since he left it by the gate. I do not even recognize that gate. He never came that one Im sure of. He kept on saying he called his managers and they said he must leave it at the gate. I don't even know which gate because I waited for him outside my gate soon as it reflected 4 min away from me.
