Uber eats has no contact center to assist. The drivers don't answer the phones, when they do they cannot communicate. The food always takes longer than an hour and a half, sometimes close to 2 hours. And when you do lay a complaint, absolutely nothing comes of it. They do not improve their service at all, it gets worse and worse. In the pandemic, I guess it worked, but now, nobody even cares how things are run. Something that was once such a beautiful concept has become a constant headache for its clientele. This is now the 4th or 5th issue with late delivery and lack of communication that I am experiencing. After this delivery (if the driver even delivers), I will be sure to delete the app. Mr. D has a system that is more beneficial to the customer. Uber eats, much like their drivers, never get back to you, and their service has just become pathetic.
