I will not recommend Uber Eats to anyone.

I am NOT satisfied with the service I got from UBER EATS... I am not sure if I am going to make use of your services anymore and I am thinking of deleting the Aap. I am also thinking of writing a negative review on Hellopeter.

We have been waiting more than 45 min for delivery. We phoned the supplier to find out what the holdup was. They said they were finished with the order a long time ago and they were waiting for the Uber Eats driver to collect. I cannot drive because of medical reasons and my wife cannot see very well in the dark but we have already placed our order with the supplier through Uber Eats. It is very dangerous for a women allone to drive to at night and the fact that she could not see very well at night in the dark makes it even more dangerous.

I could not go with her because of my medical condition so she had to take a chance to drive alone. When she got to the supplier they could not find the Uber driver on their tablet to notify him/her that he/she was taking too long and that we collected the order ourselfs. Because it was our 1st time we ordered through Uber Eats we would have gotten R50 off from our 1st purchase but because my wife went to collect it herself we had to pay the full price.

By the time we got our meal we ordered, (Avo Maki's) the avo turned black and was not looking very fresh and appetizing. This was NOT a pleasant experience and I will not recommend Uber Eats to anyone.
