I will never use Ubereats again and I want my money

I bought food ,the driver took it to the wrong address and put the food on paiving and snapped a picture as delivered but not to my home,I send Ubereat messages no response,I went to the restaurant they told me they can’t do anything about it it’s ubereat need to resolve,when they called uber the person say these nothing they can do I must keep on sending complain on app ,you can just imagine I have visitors waiting for for food ,Uber eats not responding to my complain,the problem is they hire more foreigners and the restaurant are not easy to recognise them ,what a disaster of service
