I will NEVER use Uber Eats again!!

Uber Eats drivers are rude and have a terrible attitude. I ordered online for my kids to have dinner with their nanny because I was out. I live in a complex. I gave clear instructions for the driver to ask the security at the gate to tell them where to go to get to my unit because it is tricky to get there. He did not do that. I placed the order around 6 at night and I came back home around 12 am to find my order sitting learning against my garage door. The delivery guy just left the food outside and left. I am SO SHOCKED! On top of that, the food was open. NEVER AGAIN! This is the last straw. I hope Uber gets a wake up call when they start loosing customers because this seems to be a recurring issue of rude, impatient and inconsiderate drivers who don't want to read instructions.
