I was ****med by ubereats!!!

Had to delete my uber eats and ride account after i ordered food 29th June & the order was cancelled apparently because they did not find a driver. Uber had already deducted R395 from my account and was advised refund will be done between 3-10 business days. Up to now i have not received any refund for the food i ordered & it's 11th july today. There is no option to even lodge a complaint, the only thing you will see if you go to the order is refund will be processed 3-10 business days. I logged in today & they still say refund will be processed between 3-10 business days. If you still intend to use uber, i would strongly suggest to do cash payments & remove your card on the app!! it's not the same uber anymore. Something fishy happening with uber
