I was double charged for by Ubereats for the amount of R346.82 and never got my money back

I was double charged for the amount R346. 82 from Ubereats on 25 April 2025 when I ordered food at 7pm only to jave the order deliver at 10:30pm. I reported this to Ubereats and they said they were aware on the double charge (onhold) and that they would refund me within 5 days. I never got my money back. On 5 May 2025 I requested uber ride for the Charge of R30 and I discovered that two of my bank accounts where charged, one charged R30 and the other one charged R50. It seems like uber is in the business of ****ming its customers by double charging them.
