I want my refund,never got my order

We placed an order tonight from Protea hotel at Nandos via Uber App.Our food never arrived and I was charged for the food .Tried Uber app for help ,still waiting.Have to sleep on an empty stomach .Terrible service .I wish I had read the reviews before ordering .So many people are complaining about the same thing and it looks like the company is not willing to help the customers
