I want my refund... worst service provider

They refuse to refund me after their driver was so rude and never delivered my food.. I advise people to never trust them cause now I must be liable for mistake made by they driver... if you seeing that the address is the same why are you not calling client to ask where are they and just assume they in Northcliff.. I ordered food from Rocco mammas Campus Square and received nothing.. manager from Rocco mamas advised I'll receive my refund as he called them to tell them driver got the address wrong and now Ubereats is telling me will never get my refund. How is it my fault Ubereats is the worst they trust they services rather use another service provider or order directly with the supplier cause they got worst services and never take ownership for they faults
