I want my refund

I ordered pizza on the 25th of may 2020... During this case... I phoned the driver to fix the set address on my account to which he said that he will sort it out.... On my order it showed delivered... I never got my order... Also... I had to order food again... They sent me an email afterwards saying that they are Going to refund the money to my account, within 3 to 5 working days... Good.... No not at all... Its been a month and a day... Trying to log another complaint to which their system says i have been refunded... Bull**** man where is it then?
