I want my REFUND !!!

I placed an order on Sunday 29 June 2025, it never arrived and till today no refund has been made. I have been sending emails with no luck the only response I get is that my money will be reversed within 3-5 days, sometimes they say within 5-10 of which I have waited more than that. I am very much dissatisfied to a point I will make sure I get my refund even if it means I have to go through hell !!
