I want my refund back!!

I ordered food and the delivery guy couldn't find my complex for some reason, which is confusing because all delivery guys find it well. He decided to leave my order somewhere in the street. So now Uber eat doesn't wanna give me my refund because they say the guy tried to make contact with me, which he didn't! I'm so livid and hungry
