I want my refund

On the 23rd December 2020, i ordered food from Spur (Jabulane Mall) for my wife and the driver didn't deliver food. my logged my complaint with Uber Eats and they promised to refund me my R285.60 with 3 to 5 working, till today i haven't received my refund, their call centre is not working and they are not even responding to my emails.
