I want my refund

I ordered from Ubereats KFC and the driver didn’t come to the premises and decided to wait in the street next to another company, I decided to go out and saw him talking to a guy from that company. I called the number on the app and it kept on going to voicemail another driver came and they kept on talking. I even saw him take a picture of my order and posted it on the app saying that he arrived and they both left.
