I want my refund!!

I have since been waiting for my refund of R265 from Uber eats for a canceled order which was deducted from my Capitec bank account and a voucher of R200. Instead I received a statement via email showing as though they just deducted R65 from my bank and the R200 was from the gift card which is false. I want my money back, and your representatives are so rude, I spoke to one and I don't know if he was rude because he heard that he was speaking to a black person and not a colored pr white as he is (colored) which I did nor appreciate worst of all I was not even rude to him but he just started being Irate and for what I don't know even after calling him out. Do better with you representatives.
