I want my refund

I placed a Hungry Lion Order through the Uber Eats app Today 06/08/2025, and the experience was extremely disappointing the driver marked the order as delivered , but i never received it. instead of delivering the food properly OSMAN contact number *** the driver dropped the the food somewhere on the floor in front of the gate ,but i left instructions to phone , i phoned him many times to give address again i even send the address again to him on the app, no one one phone to check if i received the order but they marked the order delivery completely , This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional . i reached out for help but have not yet receive proper assistance or my money back , i paid for food that never reached me and no one to assist or explain anything
