I want my refund

Ordered food,was in the office, driver left fair enough I was delayed but he didn't call, immediately let UberEATS know that I never received the order.... days later with no reply I log another complaint as payment was taken for something I didn't get they tell me it's over 48hours so they won't refund me.

I highlighted that I had logged a complaint within 48hours and they never rep**** but they just not wanting to refund me
