I want my money I did not get the food

Am so so disappointed on how some of the drives treat people on Friday I made oder and I chose card when drive came here did not want to give me food and R196.45 was debited on my acc as he said I have to pay cash I then tried to oder where I was told I will get my food at 17:00 then it change to be 17:05 I waited until 17:10 still I did not get the food when an amount of R155.15 was also debited I need my refund I will never use the app a whole R351.60 was taken from my acc
