I want my money

I ordered food from Uber eats and alcohol and they never got delivered because Uber hires foreigners who do not have proper papers u live in a parliamentary village called acacia park so they must produce proper documentation which their driver do not have... the worst happen today driver come with a dirty car I have screen shots he didn't have a licence and the car he come with isn't the car that is registered on the app how is that safe how do you carry food with dirty car.... I want to be refunded my money for the order I made 06 and 07 december coz they never get delivered because Uber hires foreigner who do not have proper documentation
