I want my money back! Don’t use UberEats

I order food last night (02/08/2024) and my account was charged, I tracked the driver the entire time until the app indicated that he was 2 minutes away and before I knew it my order was marked delivered. I immediately called him but no answer, he never indicated that he has arrived, never called or messaged me. I reached out to Ubereats support and they are freaking telling me that the driver tried to contact me, like when did that happen? I ma telling them I’m the one who called as I was tracking the order the whole time. Nx this company doesn’t care about its customers, they are refusing to refund me. I am so never using their “services” again. In my opinion MrDelivery knows how to treat their customers. Uber eats are freaking ****mers nx!
