I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I ordered on ubereats on the date of the order: 2025-06-27. My order shows that it has been delivered yet I didn't receive the order at all. The driver want cash on delivery which I find unacceptable cause I paid using Card now he wants cash. I was told that the Driver had followed their "Drop-off policy" The driver took time to deliver due to wrong address, I called him and told him that he must bring it to where I was and he agreed but he insisted that I pay him some extra cash because of the distance. I agreed when he arrived he told me that he can't give me my order and he left with it. I want a refund, Since I didn't receive what I paid for , I believe That I am entitled to full refund. KINDY TREAT me with respect as a customer. I want my MONEY BACK. What you guys are doing it's Wrong.
