I want my money back

I'm so really ****ed off at Uber Eats, they deducted my money from my account without my permission and when I called the lady by the name of Fathima said my money will reflect within 24 hours but that happened 3 days ago and when I sent a facebook comment I'm being told as below.

You can use your pass benefits until the next billing period where it will no longer renew.
