I want my money back

They've been doing great with us, until March 2022 I have placed an order on the Cash Option and i have paid it in full cash. When i tried to order on 06/04/2022 i get a message saying that last time I did not pay the full amount and my money was deducted immediately and i really don't understand why. Please help me to get my money that was deducted
