I want my money back

Disappointed! Ordered food on the uber eats app and the money was deducted from my account after 2 hours and 2 change of a driver my food has not arrived and my money is gone! I can't even complain as the interface on the app is terrible,there's no way of trying to complain or try to get your money back. the support number when dialed is unavailable and is supposed to be a 24/7 line.
