I WANT MY MONEY

On the 30th of September i placed an order only to realize i didn't change the address the driver cancelled my order when i told him down the road he didn't bother to talk to or even wait. I was then promised a refund and today is the 19 October 2022 i am still waiting for my refund. the annoying part is they communicating methods are messed up you cnt call them. Its a mess i tell from now on i will delete the app but so long can i please be refunded my money .
