I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I ordered food and paid via card online, my order was cancelled as the store was out of stock. My money was never returned and when I inquired about it I was told I'd get in within 10 days. It's been more than 10 days and still no refund and when I enquire now I'm told I wasn't charged. Meanwhile the about shows on my statement and I know coz I don't have that money anymore. My kids slept hungry that day and they expect me to just forget about my money....NEVER !! I want myoney
