I want my money.

I ordered Nando's from uberEats (Nando's Ruimsig)and the money was deducted from my card, I used the address that was picked up by the app, which is my neighbor, the Uber driver texted me when he was outside saying that he has arrived, I then asked my sister to collect on my behalf since i was not home, the driver refused to give her the order when she collected, the driver walked away with the food and canceled the order. no assistance received at all from Nando's ruimsig as I am told that its not their issue. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SERVICE NEVER RECEIVED.
