I WANT MY HUGGIES GOLD NAPPIES!!!!!!

I am very angry with uber eats. I bought nappies huggies gold size 4 nappies through game on the app. then i see the slip on my uber eats that says "DELIVERED" whereas i received NOTHING. How? My receptionist says the driver came "HENRY GRANT" with the nappies but left with them again. NOW WHAT IS THAT? I called Game, game says they cant help i must call uber eats. THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I MUST WAIT 6-12 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE. WHAT A *** SERVICE!!! MY SON HAS NO NAPPIES AS WE SPEAK. I Must buy 1 by 1. I get a response from UBEREATS THAT this has been resolved I CANNOT RECEIVE A REFUND. HOW IS IT RESOLVED WHEN I DONT HAVE MY DAMN NAPPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUND OR MY NAPPIES!! I SWEAR I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO UBEREATS BUT KE THEY DO ME DIRTY!! BRING MY NAPPIES AND LET THIS HENRY EXPLAIN WHY HE LEFT WITH THEM!!!
