I WANT MY FOOD OR REFUND

So I ordered food which I couldn't go fetch because I was called for an urgent meeting at work, I would atleast think that the driver would leave the food with security or return it to the store, but the driver took the picture of the food on the floor at the gate of the office park where I work and that's it, I have footage as proof that the driver didn't leave the food he instead drove off with my food, worse Pedro's is telling me thaey will not be liable for that food because as soon as the driver has collected, they have nothing to do with it...I want my food or refund UBEREATS, the driver must be held responsible for this nonsense

The fact UBER doesent punish these drivers is the reason why they continue bull****ting us, you all get paid for a service not delivered
