I want my extra money back

It's my first time using ubber eats and am very disappointed with their service .first it was my order taking 100 years to get to me plus the food was cold. Then the drivers app showed that I have to pay an extra R50 on top of my bill and I dont know what it was for.i ordered street wise 5 ak KFC and the bill was R89.90 plus the R15 for delivery. So I was supposed to pay R105 all In all but i ended up paying R155. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
