I sent an order to Mc Donalds with UberEats... was waiting nearly 2 hours and still no meal. Only to check and see it has been delivered. When I tried to contact them it was difficult, as there is only an automated contact sheet to fill in. I done that 6 times. I get one email back to say the guy was here and waited 8 minutes and left the food outside the property. We never received a call or notification that he was here. He never hooted or called. We were in the lounge right by the gate in the front. Nobody was here. He sent a photo that you can't see where the food was left. Which is a lie because it wasn't here. They refuse to refund me R616.00 I spent to McDonald's and delivery etc.
